Herzfehler
Oftmals haben Menschen mit Noonan-Syndrom einen Herzfehler, meist in Form einer Pulmonalstenose oder einer hypertrophen Kardiomyopathie. Diese Herzfehler müssen oft operiert werden. Im Vorfeld einer solchen Operation ist unbedingt auf eine Blutgerinnungsstörung zu testen und die Chirurgen auf die Möglichkeit eines Chylothoraxes (siehe Lymphgefässe) hinzuweisen.
